TERMS: 60-days money back, buyer pays return postage Customer satisfaction is most important for us and that’s why our returns, exchanges and refunds policy is keeping in sync with customer demand. However, this is done keeping some important pointers in mind as mentioned below.

Return and Exchange criteria

  • Before returning any products purchased through www.aaronandsmith.com.au. please ensure that the items must not have been worn, washed or soiled in any way.
  • Products with embroidery cannot be returned unless its if its fault due to Aaron & Smith’s embroidery specialist.
  • Provide the original invoice along with the returns. Postage is not refundable.
  • We are happy to exchange the products with an incorrect sizing and manufactures fault ensuring that you meet above satisfactory return criteria. Please call us before you send items back to discuss.
  • Products returns due to change of mind we may offer you refund or exchange if you meet all the returns criteria.
  • If the returned products does not meet Aaron & Smith’s return and exchange policy the products will send back to you.
